Cafe De La Presse is always a delight. Paris in San Francisco every time. Staff is very professional, white table cloths, flowers on each table. Still serves cafe latte in a bowl, just like it should be served. Just so elegant and bright. Dining here...More

I had dinner here with colleagues. The service was friendly and we had a nice table towards the back of the restaurant. I had the cassoulet, and that was extremely rich but tasty. The salmon tarte flambé appetizer was also good. So I would give...More

Called for lunch as we were passing. The decor and feeling of the place is very French. The menu has been slightly adapted for the local palate from a classical french brasserie menu. good food nicely prepared in a pleasant surrounding.

Cafe de la Presse has a lot going for it. The location is two blocks from Union Square and basically across the street from China town. It's very convenient to much of the central city. The restaurant itself would fit easily among countless Paris streets....More
