Red Jade is more on the side of American Chinese than traditional Chinese. Everything on the menu is good, prepared fresh, and the right consistency. Lunch deals are great. Try the green onion pancake for a delicious appetizer.

This restaurant was suggested to my girlfriend and me by her uncle who eats there every day. It is simply perfect: simple but not shabby, tasty but not "over-dressed", healthy, huge portions and quite cheap too! Definitely better than those turistic traps downtown, thanks!!

This place was close to the Airbnb where we stayed for a few days in SF. We didn't get a chance to hit Chinatown so I was happy to have Chinese food in the city and I was overjoyed at the quality. We ate waaay too much. Hot tea was brought to the table when we sat down. We ordered... More

This restaurant is really delicious! It serves, soup, water with lemon and tea. The food comes hot and the price is very nice. The dishes are excellent and have large portions. I go there every time I come to San Francisco. It is easy to Park car there.

The food is consistently good here. I always like what's on my plate. I usually get the eggplant and tofu dish, and it's always good.

We often get delivery from Red Jade and are always pretty satisfied. It's definitely the best option in the area that delivers. Their best dishes are the fried rice, wor won ton soup, crispy chicken, salt and pepper pork chops, and the string beans w/ pork. The delivery itself can be hit or miss: they always say it takes 45... More

Church Street offers many culinary options. When I want the food of my people, I choose Red Jade. Lunch special comes with soup du jour and choice of rice or noodles to dine with your entree. Entrees include chicken, beef, pork and seafood. The portions are generous and tasty. When you get the check, the blow is softened by a... More

Since the Check Please episode on KQED - a muni driver picked this place some years ago - we have been frequent flyers to this authentic family owned business. Lunch meals are great and often locals take outs. Clean, efficient and friendly! Parking can be a problem in this busy part of town.

My husband and I were staying down the street and the AirBnB host had this on his list of favorite no MSG places. So we popped in and got an order to go. My husband ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and I ordered the Chicken Chow Mein. Both were really good!
