The place is cash only, bad food and service. Oysters are $1 but not clean and sandy. There's plenty of other better bars with better happy hour options a block away. Not worth going to.

We were enjoying our flights of beer and the music, and the environment, but quite frankly, we didn't stay longer (or go back later) because the bartender was very dry and it was apparent she did not like her job. I wouldn't call her rude,...More
We had appetizers and drinks here. They have both inside and outside seating. Helpful staff and good bar food. Usually a good crowd. Would definitely go back.

Nothing fancy shmancy here... just a great place to drink, have a bite and hang out! My husband and our friend shared oysters and really liked them. An excellent beer selection and plenty of other options for non-beer drinkers! This place is a nice break...More
Needed a break near Fisherman's Wharf, then found non-touristy Jack's Cannery Bar. The red trolley ales and our delicious clam chowder in Boudin sourdough bowls were exactly what we needed. Big space (with a big gorilla), dark, and kind of tired, but there is a...More
The place to go along the waterfront for a draft selection that will meet the expectations of all you beer fans. Make sure the kitchen is open before you order drinks if you are hungry. If food isn't an issue, you won't be disappointed by...More
After a long day it was so nice to enjoy a drink and a decent steak dinner for under $55 for two. It has a good atmosphere and felt relaxing. When we arrived, there was live music being played. Another added bonus. Try it, you...More
