Good and fast choice for a sandwich between meetings. Good choice of juices and soups too. Convenient location.

Met a friend here for lunch based upon TA reviews and it was good. We both had soup and was very good. They have a good selection of about 5-6 different types of soups; including vegan, salads and sandwiches. The location is between Market and Howard and very difficult to find street parking. There are parking garages approx. 4-5 blocks... More

On out way to China town and Fishermans Wharf we didn't have breakfast yet. Decided to have a healthy breakfast at Harvest and Rowe. The muffins where great and fresh and warm . The yoghurt and granola tastefull. The service was great and with a big smile !

A couple colleagues and I happened upon this place for an early lunch today. It was great, I had a fabulous sandwich, the service was excellent and we got to eat outside. Overall, good lunch spot!

This place reminded us of Panera Bread, several of which are near us on the East Coast. The meals were fresh, innovative and tasty; we highly recommend Harvest & Rowe!

Staying in SoMa

Neighbourhood Profile
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
