Punjab Cafe is unassuming from the outside, a step inside, calm and inviting, and most of all - transporting. Soothing tabla and sitar music, welcome you as waitstaff deliver authentic North Indian dishes and intriguing relishes in a variety of platters, ramekins, and shallow bowls with carved handles. Dining at Punjab Café is stepping in to our own kitchen as family and friends with service that is friendly and familiar. From blending each spice and dough mixture by hand to cooking each dish to order. We take great pride in providing our customers with authentic Punjabi cuisine, made from scratch and fresh premium ingredients .The restaurant is a lovely, inviting escape from contemporary pressures. And the owners, chefs and staff are devoted to their craft and in sharing the wonderful mysteries of Indian cuisine with the community.

I am the only one in my house who loves Indian food. I happened to be near Quincy this past weekend and decided to check out the Punjab Cafe weekend buffet. The place was packed, but I was able to get a table for one....More

Punjab has become my go to place on the south shore for Indian Food. I have been disappointed in many Indian restaurants in and around Boston. If you are traveling through the south shore or back form the beach Punjab Cafe is worth a stop

Not only do they have great food, but they were very patient and accommodating to my 2 small children. Go there often for that reason!

Delicious meal! We tried samosas, pakoras, mulligatawny soup, curry and a variety of breads. Everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was impeccably clean and the service excellent. Wish we lived in Boston so we could eat here all the time.

Delicious food, clean environment, professional (if somewhat hands-off) service. Family owned and operated. Usually can find parking out front on the main st (3A). Reasonable prices for the portions, though dinner can be pricier - but your paying for quality. Highly recommend if you’re craving...More

This place is a gem. While the neighborhood around it may not be up and coming, step inside and you enter a whole different world. Oh, and the food is delicious, I literally cleaned my plates.

We had a wonderful meal . Our waiter helped us pick out various dishes and then reigned us in when we had ordered too much food. I would highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

It may not look like much from the outside but step in the door and prepare for some delicious food. Exquisite Indian food is hard to find--most restaurants cater to the American (read dull) taste buds. Punjab is no exception--the food is not what you...More
