Finding good Mexican/South Western food on this island is tough, but Carmen's has nailed it down. They take good care of their customers and the food is always consistent. Whenever we have an inkling for Mexican food we drive past the Taco Bell and head straight to Carmen's, it's Muy Bien!

We were visiting Guam from Southern California so we are used to Mexican food from authentic to Del Taco-style. I got the grilled vegetable enchiladas with mole sauce, and it seemed carefully prepared and fresh. Our server was very attentive and friendly (but unobtrusive). It is very clean and welcoming. One unusual aspect was the pair of salsas served with... More

My kids and I have been going to Carmen's for years. Our favorites are the carne asada, shredded beef burrito, shredded beef taco salad and chicken tortilla soup. Their margaritas are a hit and miss at times, but when they get it right - try the calamansi margarita. Compared to other Mexican restaurants on island, Carmen's is pricier, but the... More

We moved to Guam from Washington, D.C. where there is world-class ethnic food, but the Mexican is not much to write home about. Carmen's has better Mexican than we found anywhere in Metro D.C. A fun place to go with friends.

I have been here a number of times the tortillas are so good but the best on a number of occasions has been real fatty. I like the chicken barite though and the mango salad. There is a large list of items to order. I don't like that in order to rent out the room you have to pay $200... More

It is rare that you can find good food, great servive, live entertainment, and cocktails in a family oriented setting. Carmen's delivers excellence in all these categories. It is my "go to" restaurant, and I have never been dissappointed. Great for lunch too! I love the chimicangas with mole sauce over it. They have the best fish tacos on island!... More

Carmen's version of Mexican food is mediocre. The margaritas were good. The salsa was ok but not great or memorable. Their entrees were sufficiently sized; however, they were very stingy with the red sauce. The did bring a side of green sauce when we asked, and it was a nice addition to the otherwise dry burrito.

From someone who lived in San Diego, I am picky when it comes to Mexican foods so last night with friends we decided to try. chips and corn salsa and a spicy dipping sauce was nice while we wait. I got the calamansi juice which was a special order and it was ok but no refills so I asked for... More

We had the shrimp taco, tortilla soup and sample platter (appetizer). The quesadilla were amazing and the tacotillos were also. Everything else was pretty good. Will be back.
