We moved to Guam from Washington, D.C. where there is world-class ethnic food, but the Mexican is not much to write home about. Carmen's has better Mexican than we found anywhere in Metro D.C. A fun place to go with friends.

I have been here a number of times the tortillas are so good but the best on a number of occasions has been real fatty. I like the chicken barite though and the mango salad. There is a large list of items to order. I don't like that in order to rent out the room you have to pay $200... More

It is rare that you can find good food, great servive, live entertainment, and cocktails in a family oriented setting. Carmen's delivers excellence in all these categories. It is my "go to" restaurant, and I have never been dissappointed. Great for lunch too! I love the chimicangas with mole sauce over it. They have the best fish tacos on island!... More

Carmen's version of Mexican food is mediocre. The margaritas were good. The salsa was ok but not great or memorable. Their entrees were sufficiently sized; however, they were very stingy with the red sauce. The did bring a side of green sauce when we asked, and it was a nice addition to the otherwise dry burrito.

From someone who lived in San Diego, I am picky when it comes to Mexican foods so last night with friends we decided to try. chips and corn salsa and a spicy dipping sauce was nice while we wait. I got the calamansi juice which was a special order and it was ok but no refills so I asked for... More

We had the shrimp taco, tortilla soup and sample platter (appetizer). The quesadilla were amazing and the tacotillos were also. Everything else was pretty good. Will be back.

I don't know how she does it, but the rice and the chicken at Carmen's is always delicious. I mean finish-it-all-every-time delicious. And I don't like chicken that much. But it's always tender, juicy, extremely tasty, and delicious in any dish it's served in. You can have a regular burrito, or order the mango wrap for a nice change of... More

When traveling the World, it's difficult to find good Mexican food when in SE Asia...well...Carmen's Cha Cha Cha hits a home run with their restaurant in Guam. Everything on the menu is homemade, authentic Mexican recipes with a little local "flare". I honestly would say that Carmen's would beat out many places on the U.S. Mainland and Mexico. You are... Carmen's was recommended by a friend who lives in Guam and we weren't disappointed. The fish and steak tacos were great and they didn't hold back on the size.
