A must see cafe with authentic foods. So, it's in a strip mall, it makes the experience that much more fun. Friendly people everywhere. On our list to always return.

This little Hawaiian joint seems very popular and for good reason. The food is all very good. They ran out of about half the food on the menu so we could only order shrimp and chicken. Generous portions and flavor was amazing. Highly recommend!

Having gone to Papa Ole's after a recommendation from a local, upon first impressions, I was skeptical. The diner isn't much to look at to say the least. We figured we still wanted to give it a try though... and we were glad we did. We were warned in advance that the portion sizes were large and to order the... More

After thoroughly being disappointed with Haleiwa and their touted food selections in the north shore we ventured east and it has been a pleasant surprise. Papa ole's was only 15min drive east from our resort. After reading the reviews and salivating over the pictures of the ribs and garlic chicken, I somehow convinced my extremely tired and full wife to... More

the service was terrible, the food was awful. no room to sit inside so we were forced to sit outside (which is not a problem) but with pigeons all over us and the tables and the food, did not make for a pleasant experience. in a strip mall with no bathroom.......

First time there, I had the garlic chicken with potatoes. You can order it with rice as well. It was amazing and large portions. You have to try Papa Ole's and some of the other dishes.

This is simply the best place to eat in Hauula. Good food, good prices, and the place that all of the locals prefer to eat as well. Also a great place to socialize with the locals.

Between the two of us we had the garlic chicken, a cheeseburger, and a tossed salad. Ordered the "mini" portion of the chicken, and was full afterward. All cost under $20. Food was delicious. Heavy enough that I couldn't do it every day, but very tasty. No frills, just genuine friendly service and good food.

Went here with my friend who is stationed here on base. She suggested the Teri beef sandwich and the mac salad. I got both plus rice and wow that meat was so flavorful. I got full before finishing but still ate the rest of the meat from the sandwich. So good, would definitely come here again!! Be sure to bring... More
