Nice local atmosphere! Quick and friendly service! Had the Dry Min and side yakitori chicken. Would go back and try the other dishes.

Ok now the place itself is kind of a dive, the prices are excellent and the service is very good. Food is not out of this world, and if you don't like noodles this is not the place for you. It is off the beaten path and you need to know where to find it but they are fast and... More

Best dry noodles on the island. Mom and pops store with great service. Tends to get busy. So get there early. Awesome local spot. Kind of tucked away in the wailuku industrial park but not to hard to find. A must to visit. You won't be disappointed.

A bit of a wait but so worth it!!! If you're coming in come early as they close at 2:00 pm. We ordered dry noodles, beef & chicken sticks, and shared a large fried rice!!! The reviews I read are on point!!!! This is a must stop if you're in Maui. I highly recommend!!! 👌🏽

Stepping in to Sato's is like stepping into a bistro in Hong Kong. Some of the best noodles you've ever had can be found here!

We love the noodles here, but we also come for the awesome turnovers and buy boxes of it at a time. We go to Maui periodically for a week vacation and have a stash to last the whole week. The people are awesome and the food is so yummy!!!!

The little wait of about 15 minutes was worth it! The restaurant is small but a quick turnover. Very friendly and efficient staff! Loved the dry noodles and beef stick!

Solid and consistent food, attentive and charming service, but the star of this place is ANY of the expertly crafted baked goods - lima bean manju is simply heavenly and my absolute fave novelty when returning to Maui (OK, maybe Tasaka guri-guri, too). Turnovers, ampan donuts, other baked treats reflect the hand=made quality/consistency of years of experience. Food reflects the... More

This is a unique dining experience for non-islanders, and you'll know it's a favorite of locals when you try to park your car. There is a pretty full selection of typical breakfast items, sandwiches, etc., but the specialties are mostly oriental noodles and saimin (just ask). Don't avoid noodle bowls for the ol' standby American dishes - you will probably... More

Local place, small dining area and for the short time it is open it is PACKED. The reason: out of this world food. The pastries are wonderful, the saimin (ramen) noodles and broth are excellent and don't get me started on the teriyaki sticks! My mom orders the teriyaki sticks 20 at a time to go. If visiting Maui and... More
