If you can't get here early give them a call the day before and they'll put aside for you items that are likely to be gone by 7 or 8 am. The malasadas are super-fresh and so delicious, filled or un-filled. We also liked the sticky buns and the shortbread. Finding it the first time was a bit of a... More

There is a shortage of True Bakeries on Maui, but as long as The Bakery in Lahaina keeps its doors open, all is well. It is not modern. It is not easy to get to. It is not well known outside the locals. It is one of the best I've ever stumbled into. We needed a loaf of bread suitable... More

Finally found the place but baked goods only average. Malasadas are gone by 8am so very disappointed. Make more. Found the best ones at the Kahului Swap meet.

A server made us aware of this hidden little bakery. You'd never know it was there had someone not told you exactly how to get in. The pastries were just out of this world!

Don't know anything about the baked items because we decided that it wasn't worth dealing with the "rude" person behind the counter. Actually pulled out some of the items from the show case to clean it while we were making a decision. The reviews we read about the quality of the food brought us here, the "help" drove us away.

This place is in an obscure location, slightly off the beaten path. Get there early for the best selection of various delicious fresh bakery goods. Bring cash! No credit cards accepted

Off the main road, this bakery is worth the trip. It's an open door with "bakery" on it. Simple and sweet. You walk in and see the wonderful assortment of treats in the display next to piles of flour bags and the industrial kitchen in the background. Energy put into the food, not the decor. Went there three times in... More

This is a commerical-ish bakery that supplies bread to many of the high end restaurants on Maui. It has a small retail shop with a screen door for an entrance. It's not fancy, but very good! I love the custard malasadas and the hubs loves the chocolate croissants. The shortbread cookies are the best ever! I would choose them over... More

Hard to find but worth the effort. Not much to look at but the staff was very friendly and the pastries and bread were awesome. Go early as they sell out quickly.

This place is a delicious find! The chocolate muffin is ridiculously good, as is the chocolate donut. Cheap prices and good coffee too!
