Relaxed place with gift shop and coffee bar. Excellent food! Highly recommend the Portuguese Bean Soup with Cornbread (to die for).

We arrived at about 4:50 PM... 10 minutes before they closed the restaurant and were starving (not really, but you know the feeling). "Auntie" happily prepared and served us kalua pork, Hawaiian coleslaw, and sticky rice...YUM! They all made our day! The guy running the...More
Nice stop off on the way to Kalalau Lookouts. Food is pretty decent with nice view of a meadow and chickens!
Unbelievably wonderful! A fun, kitschy lodge and gift shop with a fabulous bar! Good selection of beers and while the bar is not extensive, the bartendress can mix! Had a Hibiscus Passion that was better than any drink mixed at the fancy pricey resort I’m...More

A Must stop on way back down from the Canyon. Love the ambience and the chili with cornbread and the chic chip cookies

We arrived just as the kitchen was closing, but the staff took pity on us and served us a delicious Portuguese bean soup and corn bread at a very affordable price! Mahalo!
We ordered the chili, two pieces of pie (it was pie day :) ) and speciality coffees on a very rainy day. We were very pleasantly surprised and loved the atmosphere, too. The gift shop had things you couldn't find elsewhere. Very fun!
