We were not staying at the hotel but made a point to visit for sunset, as they have the best view on the North Shore. We arrived about 75b minutes before the sun set to secure a table on the balcony outside. Yes, the drinks...More

Even if you aren't staying at the St. Regis, enjoy an evening at the St. Regis Bar. Get there early, so you can observe sunset through the big ocean view windows or from the amazing lanai. If it isn't overcast, it will be amazing. There...More

We decided to paddle over to the St. Regis Bar for a drink while visiting Hanalei Bay. Fairly easy to get to on a SUP. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and good menu selection. We had the tropical fruit platter and a glass of wine. Was...More

The drinks in the bar are good (mind you, pricey!) but the view and the atmosphere is what you come for. Show up early for the champagne sabering (nightly) and the sunset. We got to the bar right at about 5:45 and that was just...More

We came to the bar for a birthday nightcap and greatly enjoyed chatting with both of the bartenders - both long-standing employees of the hotel and very friendly. A perfect way to end the evening!

We love coming up to the St. Regis for appetizers and drinks each time we visit Kaua'i. Views are amazing, staff is professional and this is a very romantic place to enjoy an evening.

Limited outdoor seating but lovely views. The resort has 180 windows so it is very dramatic. They often have music at night.

St. Regis Hotel is beautiful and the lobby is well worth a visit. We went for the Sunday Breakfast Buffet (Sunday Brunch has been discontinued) which is highly recommended. Beautiful balcony dining and food quite good. Reasonable pricing for the buffet. Reservations recommended.

Not french, but the Executive Chef is Jean-Georges Vongerichten! So, I could understand why the OP asked this question. It's outstanding! Enjoy!
