We ordered the Trio with lasagna Veal Parmesan, and spaghetti , and the Eggplant Parmesan . They give you a lot of good food for the money spent . The side salad was small, I should have ordered extra.

Visiting with my daughter . It took us longer to get our food then it did to be seated , a good 40 minutes or so. Our server did tell us that the cook was behind and I also heard him telling others that they had problems keeping people . I just had a salad which was decent and my... More

Enjoyed the lunch. Nice change from all the local style or pacific fusion food. The restaurant always seems to have a waiting list of people waiting to be seated. Restaurant and bathrooms are clean

Love the atmosphere, outside dining, bar....but too often, the service....well, you cannot depend on it... by now they; should have it together, but they do not. Must come from poor management.

Romano's Macaroni Grill is part of a chain. It is generally very consistent. This one is just that. It's a good place to go with children. I find Waikoloa fairly expensive, so this is a good place to go for a fair priced lunch or dinner. Food was solid. We had a Zucchini Appy which was quite good.

Looked for a moderate priced place to eat after a drive back from Hilo. All restaurants on the drive back were very busy with long waits, so hungry by the time we got back to Waikoloa where our condo was located. Had a 15 minute wait for a table even though there were many empty tables. My eggplant parmesan tasted... More

The staff was very friendly but given how relatively empty the restaurant was on the night we visited (a THR after 8 PM), the service was way too slow. The food is average/typical of this chain restaurant but the slow service makes me give it a less than average 2 star rating. I definitely would not eat here during a... More

We went here for lunch and ordered the flatbread and bruschetta. Was awesome. The flatbread was sort of make your own and it really works for this dish.

This place was very disappointing the food was very bland and had no taste which is unusual for Italian food. Staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. They didn't return to see if we wanted more drinks not value for money.
