I went because I had a friend who wanted to attend his first luau. I've been before. It's hotel buffet style food and a show that follows. It's expensive and in my view not really worth what you get for what they charge

We really enjoyed the luau. It is located at the hilton waikoloa villiage which was where we were staying. Thought the food was excellent and the drinks were delicious. We were surprised by how much variety there was given it was all you can drink.
We went to the luau for Father's Day. The food was delicious and there was a lot of variety. The show was interesting and the fire dancer was amazing.
