Huge serving of lots of fresh fish - don't get the 5 pieces, it's too much! Go wih the tacos or wraps like the locals. You get fresh salsa and more reasonable balanced plates.

My partner and I shared a plate of 3 bits of fish, some fries and a side of coleslaw. We weren't sure which type of fish to get so the lovely lady gave us one of each type so we could try them all. It was delicious and cooked well but a slice of lemon would have made it fantastic!

Wow! When do you ever get huge and I mean huge chunks of fresh Ahi tuna in fish and chips? My husband and I split a 5 piece order and were plenty satisfied. The batter is applied immediately before the fish is fried. I'm not a huge fan of deep-fat fried food, but his was superb. The waffle chips that... More

The best and freshest Fish and Chips can get busy so be patient it's well worth the wait. Prices are reasonable.

They close early so make you plan accordingly. Also they are popular so be prepared to wait in line- it's worth it! I would suggest going for lunch rather than dinner when there's more choices.

We enjoyed a fantastic Ono fish and chips for lunch. The location should be next to the Malama Market by the traffic circle! We recommend that you stop here for a great meal. Seating is limited so consider take-out if you have a large party.

The fish here is delicious! Deep fried with a panko crust and usually served with waffle fries and coleslaw. My advice, do not get the cod it has been frozen beforehand. The Mani and ahi are fresh and have never been frozen. You can definitely taste the difference.

Pahoa fresh fish gives you a generous portion of fish at very reasonable prices. It is deep fried but not greasy. Waffle fries and slaw come with the fish. It's not fancy but it does the job. If you want an alternative to high priced tourist locations and don't mind casual surroundings, give it a try.
