Maybe we ordered the wrong things. The ladies next to us raved about the green chili. We ordered a chicken burrito (large pieces of dry chicken breast) and the carnitas taco's (also dry). I probably won't go back unless I consider the green chili.
Very good Mexican food. A kind of "hole-in-the-wall place." Tiny and authentic. Very good green chili enchilada and a strange, but delicious, strawberry with chocolate sopapilla. Reasonable price.
Recommended by the locals for their food. We were not disappointed. Great food and service. If you like green chili this is the spot. If you like hot sauce, the red stuff will make you happy. If you don't, be careful.
A local favorite hangout on the main drag they Rawlins. Fills up rapidly at noon. Lots of friendly chatter. Very good food across the board.
