The food is delicious and carefully prepared in the open kitchen. The seating is snug, the atmosphere convivial. The service is always outstanding. Nice cocktails, a nice but not overwhelming selection of dishes. With a crowd, everyone can find something wonderful to eat here.
Wonderful ingredients, well prepared and unique dishes, and fantastic service make this the place we go for special occasions. Seating arrangements are a little tight, but the food is worth it!
We came in here during the off season in April. The atmosphere was nice but everything else was just ok, especially considering the prices. Not much selection on the menu, and I don't think the staff wanted to be there the night we were there....More
We were pleasantly surprised by Trio. We have been to Jackson many times but had never heard of it before. We all enjoyed our meals. The risotto with mushrooms and flank steak was unreal and the prosciutto and arugula pizza was the best!
I had high expectations of this place but the food was dry. Not just mine but everyone I was with. Maybe it was just an "off" night? But, I left disappointed and hungry.
The menu here is sophisticated, with lots of variety and top quality ingredients. My fois gras appetizer was excellent, and a seafood special of grilled New Zealand sea bass with sunchokes and endive was also quite good, with perhaps a slightly too-sweet kumquat buerre blanc....More
