The dishes is wonderful; the baked goods are outstanding; atmosphere is cozy & a great place to meet a couple friends. The s'mores are my favorite!

Takes me back to NYC - great menu options, amazing pastries, and delicious coffee - but better as you can sit outside and enjoy Wyoming! Service is slow but it’s a small place and always packed because it’s awesome! Go, relax, and enjoy it all.

We loved our Fall breakfast on the deck, surrounded by outdoor heaters. While it was VERY busy, so food took a bit, the quality was unmatched. Yummy!

Hi there -- we are actually closed for our Fall deep clean Nov 4-6 (next Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday). Our sister Cafe, Picnic, will be open so you can still find our pastries and other menu items there!

Yes, we offer everything To-Go and also have an app (search Persephone Bakery in the app store), so you can order ahead of time, bypass the line, and pickup at a side window!

Description
Inspired by bakeries in France and beyond, Persephone Bakery Boulangerie and Cafe remains rooted in Wyoming, a local orientation expressed in our breakfast and lunch menus' focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The cafe carries a core collection of classic artisanal breads as well as a spectrum of sweets, from French croissants and kouign amann to macarons and tarts. To complement our creations, Persephone proudly carries Chicago-based artisanal roaster Intelligentsia Coffee. Housemade flavor syrups and European hot chocolate round out the barista bounty.
