Mediocre Margerita. actually, pretty bad. but very good wings. For a challenge, throw one of the "see God" level in with the rest as a land mine!

So you walk through a full liquor store to the entrance. First glance: peanut shells everywhere. Service was good and fast. Beer was cold. Wings were very good and the burgers filling but not huge. Ok fries. Relatively inexpensive but you have to look for...More

Some locals told me about this place last year, and I ate there last night again on my first meal in town. This place has superlative and imaginative bar food, all from scratch. The pork "wings " are not to be missed! Their chicken wings...More

We were staying at an RV park next door and the woman at check - in recommended Eleanors which was in a shopping center next door. She said it was popular with locals, which I took to mean that it wasn't god - awful expensive...More

Located in a plaza off the main road, this place is easy to miss. Buckets of peanuts on the bar, (you throw the shells on the floor!) great beer and the food was delicious. Glenna the bartender/waitress handled at least 10 tables by herself. We...More

Eleanor's it's great place to be! The bartenders are all nice, especially Dan! I'm coming here almost every night for drink after work and sometimes for lunch. Great for watching sport.

A locals place outside main town, entering through a liquor store. Excellent Mexican food, good craft beer selection, and free peanuts on the table. Sports pub feel. Waiters we had for 2 visits in two nights were humorous, too. If you're in Jackson, I'd definitely...More

Eleanor's is a bar/restaurant combo attached to a liquor store - an interesting combo. The menu is super varied, from spaghetti and meatballs to nachos and tacos to burgers and such. The portions are large and the food fresh and tasty. Enjoy the free peanuts...More

The food was decent- large portions and reasonable prices. Microbrews were only $2.50 during happy hour and service was excellent.

Description
Eleanor's has all the perks of fine dining, minus the dress code. By serving rich, saucy dishes in a warm and friendly setting, this joint lives up to its reputation. And on top of one of the most creative menus in town, Eleanor's is a primo brunch spot on Sunday afternoons. Plus, its bar alone is an attraction, thanks to reasonably priced drinks and a loyal crowd, a wine list that is second to none and a dedication to service that stems directly from its owners. This little place isn't such a best-kept secret anymore, as more locals and visitors alike are discovering the down-home goodness within. But longtime regulars as well as newcomers still fill the tables nightly. This small restaurant has seen a few incarnations over the years, but it has succeeded in making it one of the most charming and consistently award winning and rewarding dining experiences in Town. It's certainly a fact: Eleanor's is synonymous with Jackson Hole! And rightfully so, seeing that the place is symbolic of many things that make the Teton Valley great, like humble, blue-collar values, a family tradition, and the ability to make something special out of nothing at all. After all, before Teressa Bellissimo invented Buffalo wings, what sounded appetizing about the puny limbs of a flightless bird? Open 11:00 to Close Daily.
