I am not sure where they came up with the name as we didn't see anything in there that we considered nostalgic, but whatever. I think we expected more of a western atmosphere in a town such as this one. Food was good, but pricey. Wait staff was attentive, with the exception of one fellow who seemed to have a... More

The online menu sets out what is gluten free, which was a major attraction. On arrival, the menu's did not have the detail so we asked what was suitable. The server seemed unsure what was available, and came back and said "nothing really, but we can do the steak". The steak was good, and my friends Salmon was delicious apparently.... More

This place is a jewel. I ordered the ribs which were featured in a magazine. They were delicious. You can even get the recipe. They also have a nice selection of drinks and desserts. Service was good.

Driving through MT with motel reservations in the small town of Dubois, we wondered what type of restaurants would be available. Words can't adequately describe Nostalgia Bistro. The food was very delicious, the presentation exceptional and the service attentive. Special thanks to our server, Nathan, for a wonderful experience. And the lava cake was the perfect dessert to end the... More

When you get tired of Buffalo burgers and other meats while traveling in WY, try this place. Had the best spinach dip ever. And great salad dressings! Could definitely tell the kitchen has a chef. We would have come back, but not in town that long. Service was a bit slow, but not unreasonable. Good beer selection too and we... More

We went here for dinner as this was 1 of 2 places still open when we got into town. The food was very good, and the service was great. I would recommend this restaurant.

Had an excellent gourmet quality meal in the lovely restaurant in this small town. Everything was superb from the melt in your mouth rolls and butter to the ribs and calamari. The cocktails were made perfectly and the waitstaff was professional and very helpful, what s great surprise all around

We ended up eating here three times, lunch dinner lunch. Every meal was terrific, good service though they were very busy. The menu is interesting and varied, very good beer selection and very reasonable wine list.

The food was great for a vegetarian..my husband had a surf and turf that was perfect. The wait staff was pleasant. The food is a little pricey but well worth it.

Our meal was amazing at this resturant in a small Wyoming town. It was a pleasant surprise after having travelled around for 10 days and having had some nice meals but this was the best. The service was also great. A lot of local residents appear to use this restaurant so make sure you go early or preferably book in... More
