Western sports bar / Mexican restaurant in downtown Buffalo. We arrived for a meal fairly late in the evening and was happy to find the Clear Creek Cantina open. Good selection of beer from breweries in the surrounding area. Food was good - New Mexico tacos included 3 tacos, beans and macaroni salad. Husband's Frito Burrito was huge. Friendly server.... I so want this place to succeed but all three times I've gone, the food was bad. Also very noisy! Just make it a sports bar and serve great appetizers, because your menu and cooks are not up to standard.

Friendly server. Cocktail was decent. Food...not so great. Chips & salsa should be the gauge for ANY Mexican restaurant. This seemed to be jarred sauce & bagged chips. My burrito was filled with overcooked/burned rice, beans, cheese & some chicken. Hubby got ranchero beans (with his meal) that he says tasted like they were made with BBQ sauce. He didn't... More

BEST fried pickles ever! And you can order a burger and fries on the side to go with the pickles. Add a brewski if that's your gig

We went there during Longmire Days so they were very busy. The service was not the greatest. My husband had to remind the waitress that he didn't get all he ordered. The food was just average as far as Mexican food goes.

We've been here twice (once in 2013 and again on July 1) and very disappointed both times. Food is greasy and lacks flavor. Beans are chili beans and I'm not sure what the "rice" is but nasty. I doubt the food is anything but out of a can or box and warmed up. Won't go there again.

Stopped in Buffalo on our way to Yellowstone and found this as a place we could stop for lunch. It was noon on a Tuesday, and only one other table was occupied. However, we were greeting with chips and salsa (which had some good heat to it). Atmosphere was good as well. The restaurant had a good look to it.
