Visited this restaurant with my sisters for dinner. Our meals were delicious! I was surprised how busy the restaurant was considering it was a Tuesday. Along with the salsa and chips we ordered a side of white cheese, a sort of quest, that was fabulous...More

Service is always a scrap shoot, but the food is consistently superior. I had the chicken enchiladas poblanas. The mole was very good. It needed a bit more complexity and a slightly less burned poblano flavor to be great, but it was better than most....More

It is located in the back of the Mariner Mall and is lacking good signage. It is the best Mexican good around, including Duluth area. My husband & I have tried and compared & there's no comparison; Guadalajara's is the best. The large margaritas can...More

Great Mexican food. Shrimp fajita nachos are my favorite and their margaritas are really good. Owned and operated by a Mexican born local resident and family. The favorite of many locals.

It's December. It's dark. It's gloomy, rainy, depressing outside. Nice to enter and find an explosion of color. Looks like a paint train derailed! Food was fine. Service adequate. Margarita toxicity insufficient.

Went to the Guadalajara last night for my third attempt. Over the past few years, I stopped in here twice and never stayed. Both times I waited and waited, but never got served. Just ignored. Usually I wouldn't have tried a third time, but there...More

We went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Walking in, we were really impressed with the decor and menus for food and drink specials. Once we were seated, our waiter was not very pleasant at all, almost rude. He was also very unfamiliar with the...More

Juan and his family serve wonderful Mexican Dishes. The Enchiladas Suisas con Pollo is very mellow and smooth with grilled chicken, salsa verde, white cheese sauce and sour cream served in soft flour tortillas. Arroz con Mariscos is a sinful combination of rice, cheese sauce...More
