We dropped in a for a bite one afternoon. It's not your average diner type restaurant, more like a casual place, but less formal than an Applebees. If that makes any sense, let me know. Food is ordered and paid for at the counter, but they bring it to your table. I had the fish tacos, which were delicious with... More

This place fills up fast for lunch because their food is so good. I almost always order the Grandma's Famous Chicken Salad in a bread bowl. I normally would not order chicken salad at a restaurant, but a friend convinced me to try it, and it's wonderful! One member of my party ordered a turkey wrap. It looked good, and... More

Had lunch at Bread and Bean today. Best perch in Sheboygan county! Home made tarter sauce and large portions. Great service too.

We usually order from Bread & Bean for lunch at work and they do a great job with their wraps, chips, pickles, and those chocolate chip cookies - YUM. My husband and I have been in for dinner a few times. Most recently we got the Friday Fish Fry. The perch were HUGE. Very tasty.

I absolutely love this little restaurant! I have been here many times and it's good every time, my favorite is the Mackinac wrap. I also love their soups, their combo of half sandwich and a cup of soup is perfect.

I eat here at least once a week and Lunch is delightful with a varied menu selection. My favorite for lunch is Grandma's chicken salad - nostalgia in my mouth. They have specials daily for dinner and they are imaginative and so tasty. The service is predictably good and they respond to requests ASAP. Check out the menu on line... More

So I've been wanting to check out bread and bean for sometime. My husband was not excited...reason: He thought there was no liquor served. HE WAS WRONG! They have a full bar. And the special was walleye and they give you a large piece! Definitely a place I look forward to going again!

Stopped by for lunch. We ordered a turkey wrap and a turkey grilled cheese. Both had a little something extra added to take it up a notch from a plain ol' sandwich. Both were different and both were really good.

We stopped for lunch and heartily enjoyed our chicken salad sandwich and potato soup. Youo order at the counter and are served. Both were carefully prepared and had very good flavor. The ambience is open with pleasant decor. This is a very good option if visiting the area.
