Tried multiple pasties. All were very good. I wish they were open more hours to fit my schedule driving up from fox valley.

We go here often on our trips from Minocqua to Rhinelander. The pasties are consistently great...I actually crave them when we don't get over often. It is a definite stop for us in Rhinelander...also they have frozen pasties that you can take home and bake. We love them! Usually we have lunch but they also have Breakfast varieties. You will... The pasty's are oh so good. It is a very old space but it is clean. My suggestion would be to also serve a white gravy and/or au jus to put on the pasty if wanting.

Great little place with outstanding pasties. Different specials are creative and delicious. You can get fresh hot or frozen to take home and warm up with provided instructions. Always a treat.

Next best thing to making them yourself. Very good flavor . Several varieties are available, However I feel the Cornish are the best. Available hot or cold, eat in or take out also available. Friendly staff and quick service.

Wow! I have been eating Pastys for a while in the UP and could name many places, but Joe's is the place for me now! It starts as you are walking up the steps wondering what type of pasty is cooking because it smells sooooo good! Then you get in and see you could order about 10 different types! Not... More

Very tasty pasties in a variety of regular and specialty flavors. They do use potatoes in their pasties as opposed to a lot of others that use rutabagas, but good nonetheless.

Joe's Pasty Shop has really good service. The pasties were delicious, just like grandpa's. It was definitely worth stopping in.

I did really like their pasties, but nothing that blew our group away. The chicken was tasty, but came off as a bit dry to me. Limited seating, but super friendly and fast. I'd make a stop if I hadn't been here before, but don't know that I'd make it a regular stop.

We have family who have raved about pasties for years so decided it was time for us to try them. Don't miss this stop! They were delicious!

Description
We make our pasties fresh from scratch 5 days a week using locally sourced meats and veggies in a small home converted into a commercial kitchen. We do not use any preservatives or hydrogenated oils.
We offer a couple of picnic tables inside the porch for year round dining, as well as 2 outdoor tables on our deck in the summer.
Takeout is quick and easy since our pasties are already made up when you come in! Frozen pasties are available for sale also.
