Always great service bar and wait staff and food is always great. Try it you will like it. When enter the club you are always welcome with smile and seated right away either at the bar or a table. Also they have a great salad bar with many items to choose from.

I read the reviews, and a friend told me it was good. However my experience was not remarkable. Restaurant is dark and it needs to be, facelift is badly needed. Waitress was inattentive but we were not in a rush, just saw others after us get their food well before ours. Rib eye was overcooked and tasteless could not find... More

Again, an awesome Dinner! My husband and I have been going here for 15 years, back when it was Jefferson, even. We have gone all dressed up and we've gone all dusty and road-weary in our biker leathers. We have ALWAYS been welcomed wholeheartedly. I never stray from my favorite.... Filet Mignon. The salad bar is fresh and the ingredients... More

What can I say...anytime I go back to Prairie du Chien ( and while I lived in Prairie du Chien, a visit to Black Angus was on the agenda!! Excellent food and good service. Dining room is a bit cramped and the salad bar is a bit short, but there's plenty there and so good! Homemade soups, a good salad,... More

Went there Oct 22nd at the height of the fall color season. We called for a reservation for 7 and got seated at 7:15. An hour and a half wait if you were a walk in. Excellent service...strong drinks from the bar....We both had steak....it arrived just as we ordered them..medium rare. The salad bar was clean and well stocked... More

Laid back old fashioned supper club. Relaxing. Nice bar. As many have said, get a reservation as it is busy. We ate too much, but it was delicious. Prime rib was perfect, salad bar was great, loved the big round block of cheese so I could cut off my own. Wisconsin. Awesome.

This is where you go to dine. Make a reservation as a walk in could have a long wait. They have a nice bar if you have to wait for guests. White table clothes on every table - big or small. They are ready for couples, large groups, or something in between. Food is great. Menu is extensive. Steaks are... More

This restaurant was okay. We went without a reservation on a Thursday night in October. While it was busy, it seemed that we had to wait until the place was almost empty before they sat us. The food was good, but I would probably try another restaurant next time we travel to this area.

We waited for a table for a long time, even though when we called it, the host said, "Things are moving fast"--slightly misleading. But once we were finally seated, we had great service and food. The best part is the salad bar with two kinds of soup, a meal in itself. We split the half rack of ribs (good but... More
