Great way to buy local treats and sweets. The coffee toffee was my favorite! It's very self serve and busy. You order at one end and when they are busy they can't offer a lot of help. But very clean, very friendly and VERY TASTY!

Great place to relax with a friend over a cup of coffee and to grab a light bite to eat. Wonderful deck out back for those warm mornings. Chocolate to die for!

Even though we ate here nearly a year ago, I'm still thinking about Sjolinds. We had been walking around Mt. Horeb after riding the Military Ridge bike trail, and our name was on the wait list for another restaurant. We happened upon Sjölinds Chocolate House, and after seeing all the beautiful pastries, we stayed. We shared a delicious blue cheese... More

Walking into a Scandinavian chocolate house, one might expect to be taken back by smells of delicacies. Not the case with this establishment. The coffee house is very minimal in decorations and product. Menu choices were limited as well as desserts did not highlight chocolate. The coffee was ok. The lunch, however, was quite a joke. The shrimp cucumber salad... More

Pleasant, small cafe with tables in a front and rear room. You order at the counter and food is delivered to your table. We ordered a broccoli/Swiss and artichoke/Colby quiche. Both had a delightful crust. However, both were weak in flavor. Minimal broccoli. Both were served on a small plate. A few greens would do a great deal for the... More

I have their Chai latte and it is made from scratch, no premixed Chai concentrate here. I had lunch there yesterday and it was very good. I had the cheddar and broccoli quiche. Service was spot on.

We had lunch here. Both of us had the chicken salad which was tasty. We also had an ice cream sandwich for dessert. It was a good place to eat but I think I'd try another place next time when in Mt Horeb. There seem to be many eating venues to choose from. We'd heard from someone else that there... More

We came across the Chocolate House as we were looking for a breakfast place. We both had quiche - Crab & Asiago and Asparagus & Cheddar. Both were delicious. We also tried the Swedish pancakes which were very good. To top it off we had hot chocolate and a chai latte - both of which were great!

Nice and clean coffee shop with longer afternoon hours than Schubert's.Self Service which can be slow during busier times.Very often young people who could need a little senior supervision.Food is good, quality of ingredients very good.No soft drinks.Very clean. If they improve their service I give them 5 stars next time.

We stopped here after wandering through town. The Chocolate Raspberry Scone was incredible. We also had coffee. The shop is clean , modern and hopping. We will definitely stop again.
