This place is a neighborhood venue run by real people for real people. You may have to wait at really busy times, but it's almost always worth the waiting! If not? Speak up so that they can make it right for you. This is the kind of business that we need in more neighborhoods- small business earning our loyalty and... More

Good food, great service at a good price. Only complaint is that I had a fan blowing over me during the meal.

Stopped by to have a late breakfast with my sister. The food is all fresh, tasty and made from scratch and with too many fast food places around, greatly appreciated. The coffee is fresh and the people friendly. What more could you want to start your day?

This is a favorite place to stop before or after walking the loop in Pheasant Branch. Good bakery items, interesting omelettes, daily specials, and the only place for coffee now that Star Bucks has moved. Never had a disappointing meal here. Staff are friendly and patient as you have so many choices.

Prairie Cafe offers an array of morning brews, but their breakfast and lunch offerings are unique and change daily. If you are not in the mood for a full plate, you will have exceptional, freshly made pastries to select from and enjoy!

This is definitely one of the best breakfasts in town. I personally love their wraps but they have great omelettes, sandwiches, and baked goods as well. My only complaint is that the ordering line is often very slow for some reason and the kitchen can get backed up at busy times, especially on Sunday mornings.

I love being able to walk to this cafe! The space is light and airy with a revolving art collection from the local area. Breakfasts are wonderful with lots of selection. I have enjoyed many a special scramble of the day. Their baked goods are also pretty yummy! I have tried scones, muffins, and cookies and they are all exceptional!... More

Great food but slow. We went on a Sunday morning around 11 am (and were there with 1/2 of Middleton, WI) so the service was slow but maybe isn't so during the weekdays. They had a hard time keeping the coffee carafes full for the all you can drink, self-serve drip coffee. The food is fresh and prepared when ordered.... More

I have been there several times, whatever I ordered the food was not warm enough, or not as warm as you expected it to be. And who likes to eat a cold omelette? Some of my friends did make the same experience.

The restaurant is beautiful, a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. The food was ok, a little overpriced for breakfast. Service was very slow.
