Best time to go there is when you can eat outdoors especially on a nice summer day. The view is special

My friend and I had dinner here and were quite impressed with the restaurant. The staff was very helpful with suggesting wines and explaining entrees. The menu had many options from light to heavier entrees. The blackened salmon salad was delicious. My friend had the special which was a steak option, very good also. The atmosphere was rustic and warm.

Great ambiance. Food selection was plentiful, and food was excellent. Service good and place was packed, but seating is limited. Nice bar area as well.

Sister's met for a day of browsing and shopping. Stopped at the Anvil Pub and Grill for lunch. Wait time was approximately 15 minutes, no area to wait so we were crammed in behind a table for four near the door. Seated up stairs in the old historic building, formerly a blacksmith's shop. We ordered two appetizers, fried ravioli and... More

Awesome looking pub inside and very busy but were able to get in. The best part was the friendliness of the bartender and staff along with the good, cold beer. Very nice. We ordered the nachos and found them to be just ok. Very big plate full but not very tasty. Maybe if we had added meat but both agreed... More

Well located, this "old smithy" is a nice place to eat a sandwich, take a dinner or drink a wine looking the river beside the restaurant.

I have been here several times with friends and family, during festivals and quiet week days and never hen disappointed by the food or service. It is conveniently located next to a parking lot, the Winery and shops. Nice ambiance.

Ok - so it's a little tricky to locate - but it's near the winery on the North end of this lovely village and it is worth finding. Try one of their "Forge" sandwiches - chicken, beef or veggie - you will enjoy I promise. They also have homemade soups and great salads. They're open for lunch and dinner (where... More

The old blacksmith's shop turned into a lovely dining spot. I had the special which was Ahi tuna & the boyfriend had what he classified as a great ribeye steak. Excellent service. A fun outdoor patio too that we didn't know was there until we were leaving. It is right along the creek & very scenic.
