Description
Per the recommendation of our son, we went to the Liberty for their prime rib. We were not disappointed. Very, very good. The attentive service by wait staff and the owner(bar tender) was excellent. Dinner started out with warmed "sticky buns" that were to die for and a vegtable tray. There were four of use for dinner-three medium rare and one well done prime rib and they were all the on the money. We have been to the other supper clubs in the area and only the Gun Club, which was destroyed in a fire, was better but not by much. The menu for Liberty also offered items that we would find in a high end Chicao restaurant down to a simple burger. Liberty has our vote for No. 1 in Beloit. As a side note-my sons girl friend, who was with us and through her business, was in the Liberty kitchen once a month. She told us that it was one the cleanest kitchens she saw and, in her job, she saw them all.
