Must admit that this is our favorite "go to" breakfast/brunch place. It's not fancy. It is clean, the service is good and the omelettes are perfect. For some reason, many restaurants over cook their omelettes but not so at the Blue-White Grill. The atmosphere is...More

I love this iconic diner, I must admit it's more for the atmosphere than for the food. Although the food is pretty good, and very reasonable. Very satisfying breakfasts (pancakes, eggs and hash browns), burgers, sandwiches, milk shakes. Friendly staff. With the vinyl booths, you...More

We stumbled upon the diner when walking along main street. Happy we went in. Staff was friendly. Great story about the history of the place. Good crowd - appears to be a local favorite. Ordered the "special of the day" - homemade chicken noodle soup...More

If you walk downtown Martinsburg you will be greeted with the scrumptious smells of the Blue-White. I've been going since I was a kid and it hasn't ever let me down. Great food at a down-home price.

We stopped in for a quick cup of soup - delicious, hearty, beef noodle. Shared a turkey club - very good. Service was fast. Lots of locals.

I was in town for the weekend, travelling by Amtrak, and found this little diner right around the corner from the station. Great breakfast (from what I could tell served all day although I could be wrong), food was hot and made from scratch. Great...More

Friendliest people. Food was prepared in the kitchen vs from a can & microwave. Deserts were homemade.

Was there for breakfast with my husband. Both of our breakfasts came out burnt and cold. Super small inside, not worth it save your money!

We have eaten at the Blue white grill for lunch on many occasions. The food is very good and always hot and prepared correctly. I do not believe that we have ever had to send back or complain about anything we have ordered there.

I will be traveling to Martinsburg with an elderly relative who has congestive heart failure and cannot have a lot of sodium. Are the chefs here at least somewhat accommodating in terms of dietary restrictions? I have heard local places are better options than chains because they seldom pre-season or prepackaged their food, but I would be more comfortable with some assurance that my relative's dietary needs could be met.

Should be okay...just tell the server, and they will accommodate.
