Two far buckwheat granola pancakes cooked to perfection, outside crust, inside soft and moist, with maple syrup, apple butter and flavored butter, available at Sunday lunch. Inventive well balanced menu making choice a challenge. Four others in our party, all enjoyed their meals. Prices were fair, attractive room, high ceilings comfortably quiet, friendly attentive service. I'd be happy to return.

Went for drinks with friends and had to sit at a table because the very small bar was full. We had an assortment of appetizers, including the wonderful sweet potato fries. Expensive and noisy but the food here is superior.

Good salmon, but was served with only a large portion of broccolini, not 'spring vegetables', plural. No idea that I'd be served only one vegetable...not pleased.

Visiting family over Thanksgiving weekend, we dined here during a very busy season for restaurants, especially those located near/in a hotel. From the moment we were seated around the fireplace and our server, Casey, welcomed us, it was the beginning of a superior dining experience. We were a group of 6, ranging in age from 10 to 76 and we... More

We have been here many times for the Lamburger and truffle fries. I am thinking the menu is otherwise a little overpriced and overrated.

The food, wine, service and atmosphere were all exceptional. The food was delicious, absolutely worth it and the wine list is extensive.

Thank you so much for our wonderful breakfasts (eggs were perfectly cooked) and delightful Mimosas. The food exceeded our expectations and the service was impeccable - friendly, prompt and with great attention to detail. The room decor is beautiful - a nod to the Pacific Northwest with a contemporary feel. Thank you for setting a high bar!

I recently tried out one of the area's other top rated restaurants and was quite disappointed by the price/quality of the food. It inspired me to write this review for a restaurant that I believe fully delivers on value. Their web site says that each course is "carefully handcrafted" and would completely agree with that. There are no "phone it... More

It's difficult to say what is most appealing about the Barking Frog - the food, the wine, the atmosphere. All of the above earned this casual bistro featuring country fresh Northwest cuisine rave reviews. Honors have included "Restaurant of the Year", "Most Innovative Wine List" and "Wine Grand Award" awards, presented by the Washington Wine Commission. Delectable dishes entice guests to linger in the light-filled dining room or to gather around the fireplace. While in the summer, lunch and dinner are served in the courtyard.
