The last time my family visited The Melting Pot was over 6 months ago so I thought I would add another review on the restaurant. It seems Groupon comes out with a deal for Melting Pot every 5 months or so, so you can save a little bit of money getting the deals. This time, the deal was for a... More

We sat in the bar, which accommodates cheese, salad and chocolate. There was zero wait to sit in the bar and we had a comfortable high table right next to the fireplace, which was perfect. Our waitress was very busy, but she stayed attentive. I ordered the Wisconsin blend cheese, which was a tasty cheddar blend. Also had the Californian... More

This is a fun place to eat if you want to experience a Fondue (cook-it-yourself) restaurant. The waiters/waitresses are very knowledgeable and helpful. There are many items to choose from on the menu.

Went to teh Melting Pot in Tacoma after visiting TAM and before the Art Garfunkel show at teh Pantages. The food was very good, service was excellent and the manager and waitstaff were very accommodating. I would recommend it.

It was a family night out; we went to The Melting Pot in Tacoma. We all had a great time; the staff was excellent and helped us with the adventure. The Melting Pot is a fondue place so you are cooking yourself which added to the fun. We had gotten a Groupon for this visit, saved some dollars. We all... More

We frequent the Melting Pot once every month or two. We tend to go on a Monday night to avoid the usual weekend rush. They do offer valet parking so you can rest assured that you have a parking spot. Service is great, food even better! We always ask for Chase... we's a great server. I enjoy the cooking broth,... More

The atmosphere and service are always good. Our waitress was nice and the busers cleared the table in a timely manner. They are very good at explaining the courses and how cooking works. They did recently change their menu and I know at least they got rid of the banana foster dessert, which really was the only reason I went... More

We so enjoyed the food and atmosphere. It is an experience eating here. We have the four coarse dinner. Wisconsin cheese fondue appetizer, choice of 4 different salads, choice of entree (we had the Surf and Turf) and choice of different chocolate fondues. We had a great time cooking fondue style. The steak and lobster were fantastic and what can... More

Everything you would expect from an upscale fondue restaurant! The ambiance really sets the mood the moment you walk in. We always for the 4-course meal (cheese fondue, salad, main course fondue, chocolate fondue dessert). Servers are very attentive. We've not been disappointed with it the few times we gone. In fact, we have a date night here once every... More

This was our first time trying The Melting Pot. We pretty much decided to try it because we had a Groupon which was for 3 courses (salad, entree and dessert). It was also the first time our kids have tried fondue. As we have vegetarians in our group (my husband and younger son), I was a little worried they wouldn't... More
