I hope you have 2 hours to burn for dinner. And...a steak house that runs out of prime rib at 6PM. Food is just OK & horrible service.

We visited Outback for dinner at about 6:00 on a Monday and were greeted and seated immediately. We then received our drinks, the tasty bread and our coconut shrimp appetizer very quickly. The coconut shrimp were delicious and were definitely the best part of the meal. I ordered the fish and chips for an entree and while the fish was... More
We arrived at 6 p.m. Were told a table would be ready in 10 minutes. At 6:20 we were seated in the bar, where we could have just walked into 20 minutes before. Then we sat there for an hour while the waitress came to our table exactly three times in 60 minutes. Never brought water or offered it. Food... More
The food is so bland, and well overpriced, i would compare this place to the Keg here in Canada. The service was great despite being stupid busy, but the food was below average, i swear the vegis come from a can, my steak was taken back 3 times to get what i ordered. Cant see myself trying this place again.
Stopped here specifically for a bloomin' onion appy and a steak. Food was ok, service was OK, but the drinks were priced about 50% more than comparable restaurants in our travels. Our whole experience was ruined when the bill was presented. I would never darken the doors of this particular restaurant again. If you do go, ask for water, or... More
Love to visit these places in every city I get a chance to. Even though this is a huge chain it doesn't have that feel. They always have great steaks and the service is always good. We had the Ahi Tuna and a Ribeye. Both were fantastic. Visit it you won't be disappointed. !!
Visiting my brother. He chose YOU. EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE. We both had the salmon and your baked potato soup was very good. See you again in the spring.
I called at about 3 PM to have my name put on the "wait list" for 5 PM but when our party of 4 adults and 5 kids arrived, my name was nowhere to be found. Despite it not being too crowded we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. Our waiter was great but the service was... More
Lobster and crab perhaps the best in Spokane. The ribeye was perfectly cooked and the fire grilled flavor was excellent. Baked potato was dry and maybe overcooked. Extra butter made it edible. Broccoli is always exceptional. Bread was a little off. Very attentive service. Prices seem to have creeped up but still decent value for delivered quality.
We should have known when we walked in the door and half of the restaurant was empty, but we were told it was a 10 minute wait. We had to wait until another server showed up to work. This was prime dinner time! I think they should figure out staffing better than that!!!
