Pastries, hot breakfast and a quiet place to meet for a quick business meeting. Wonderful art by local artists lines the brick walls. Orange cranberry scone was fresh and light with fabulous taste. The crosiisants were not out of the oven yet, so my colleague ate an egg/ham on English muffin that was drier than the croissant would have been.... More

Today I had coffee and a sweet bar at a new place (for me) called Taste. Great location, and even in the snow, I was able to find a good parking space. The seating is cozy and lots of it, and the coffee was better than usual. I had a chocolate, peanut something that was out of this world! Just... More

Decided to eat/drink at your establishment because i heard good things. I thought the food was pretty good, especially the balsamic walnut salad with my panini. That was the only good thing about this experience. Walked into a loud conversation between the 1 guest and barista. The guy Ryan who works as the barista did not greet us but asked... More

Great healthy food, good atmosphere. I meet friends there often we just enjoy the low keyed feeling it gives and seems to promote a place for good conversation. The salads are awesome just the right amount of subtle flavors. It's not for the big mac type of person just right for those that like interesting healthy food. Someone said they... More

Tried this place as something new instead of my usual Mizuna lunch. I am allergic to dairy and eggs and asked the cashier which salads I could have before I ordered. I picked three of the ones she said were good. First the order took over 25 minutes to come out, and it was just a scoop of three different... More

Want to score with a friend? Take them to TASTE CAFE. Gal beside me said, "I haven't been here in a while. I'm excited because it smells so yummy in here". Jason said, "This is the way I love to eat. It's healthy, fresh and full of flavor". Tonight, Catherine had TASTE deliver our dinner of Shepherd Pie (best ever),... More

Whether you want a delicious scone and coffee, or a gourmet salad and salad trio, Taste has become a Spokane favorite since opening a few years ago. Not a week goes by where we don't meet for a business breakfast and the staff always remembers what we order! The best Maple Walnut Scones in town: enough said!

This little corner restaurant in downtown Spokane offers a large variety of healthy fresh gourmet salads as well as sandwiches and Panini's. I ordered the tomato basil soup with quinoa, and the wheat berry salad, and curried chicken salad. They were so tasty. I also had one of their large freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. It was excellent. They get... More
