This is an easy place to like, since it has a good many menu choices. It is a casual place with a quiet ambiance that makes it easy to talk over lunch, etc. and not be distracted by noise. The food is good and a decent price point. The bar serves pretty much anything you want.

It was raining the day we visited Snohomish but that didn't stop my husband and I from having a wonderful time in this cozy little town. We stopped at Fred's to get out of the rain and have a beer but once we saw the menu, we knew we had to try the food. We were not let down. Between... More

Been here many times over the years. Hasn't changed much but is one of the most visited bars/restaurants in Snohomish. Good social atmosphere and great for meeting up with friends. The food is somewhat on the expensive side but not bad tasting.

Plopped down here for dinner after an afternoon of antique shopping. The atmosphere is relaxed & casual with friendly, attentive service. The food was very good also. I had the meatloaf, which was excellent.

It's Monday, that's it. The staff on Monday are more interested in talking with each other than service. Again only 7 customers in the restaurant. Two Southwest salads and both made with old brown lettuce, who ever cut up the lettuce and made the salad should be let go. One of the owners should be there on Monday to supervise.... More

Stopped in because my wife wouldn't stop raving about the Asian Nachos. OK, they are pretty good. Fred's also has a very impressive list of beers and ales on tap. Worth it for you to stop in for some refreshment next time you are in Snohomish 👍

As before, my wife and I had a good/decent dining experience. We really feel they have good food and affordable prices. Fred's offers a good value. However, there are a couple things I do have to note from this visit. First...the wait staff still does a good job, but they all seemed a little lethargic on this visit. Maybe it... More

As I said, we really enjoy going for lunch at Rivertown Alehouse. But today it was interesting. When we arived their was only 8 other people in the restaurant and two servers and the owner sat on a stool. We as one server was setting out salt and pepper to all of the tables we just there, finally we asked... More

Fred's is one of our go-to's when we're meeting up with friends we haven't seen in awhile, for birthday get togethers, and if my husband and I want to enjoy a tasty beverage with our dinner out. It has a fun laid back atmosphere. It gets loud and it's a little darker inside than your typical restaurant. But that's what... More

Great small atmosphere restaurant. They have a variety of food to choose from. Pricing for lunch was above average but you got a lot of food for your money. Food tasted fresh and cooked well. Service was good. This place is located right in the downtown shopping district.
