Had a bowl that was beautiful but did not have much flavor. Goyza was good but sauce again was lacking in flavor. Kim chee was good. Ambience was good. Wait staff was friendly and knowledgable about the menu

This restaurant is older and could use an update, I always feel like the bbq's are hard to start and not in the best shape or very clean. The food is good and the meat's the provide seem to be fresh. The staff is hard to communicate with so ordering food and drinks can be a strugle.

When you think of Korean bbq alot of them are unlimited and serve big portions. Ill keep it simple, I wouldnt necessarily say this place is horrible but speaking for my family and I, we will not return either. They are very pricey and serve small amount of servings. If you are willing to pay for a costly meal you... More

The food was very good and it's a nice Korean BBQ. I'd suggest the beef gangi. The bi bim bap is also very good. Service was terrible, as they pretty much didn't come by at all. Still have it a 5 since I love Korean food.

My wife and I have been to Old Village Korean Restaurant several times. She typically orders their udon-styled soup and I prefer the assorted rice dishes called bim bim bap. This restaurant also offers the table top grill which we didn't opt for during lunch, but the dishes were tasty. I'm not a big person, but I usually end up... More

Extensive menu, fresh, local ingredients. I am definitely coming back. Vegetarians are well cared for here- try the tofu bi bim bap.

06/01/12 5:15pm: Old Village Korean/Shoreline, Wa: This is across from Hae Nam BBQ, though better ambience, larger and quick to seat. Majority of their tables have grills. They have quite an extensive menu and the lunch menu has much better prices and combo. We’re too far to do lunch. Their vent systems seem adequate and not loud. We can keep... More

We started by going to dinner at Old Village - we loved everything except maybe the price (but Korean food tends to be on the costlier side anyway). One day we went for lunch, and we were so stoked over the quality and quantity of food given - it's such a great deal. The variety is wide-ranging (unlike some restaurants... More

I live near to and have been to this restaurant several times. My experience and satisfaction have varied. I've had excellent dine-in meals of DIY Korean BBQ. However, I recently ordered a take away meal of kalbi (short ribs) and arhl soon du buh (fish egg soup). The total price for that order was around $50 and when I arrived... More
