Ever since the former Tyler Street Cafe in the same location closed, Port Townsend been missing an exceptionable dessert place. Hillbottom pie is an exceptional place to eat! They have some of the best pies around

Love their pizza and worth the wait! The only bummer is that you can't order to go - you have to eat in. Other than that, great place to enjoy an excellent pizza pie.

Small, cozy spot, very popular with the locals. Delicious pastries, coffee, soups, breads, and pie. The pizza is the best. Unlike any I've had. Not the gooey, heavy, thick, cheesy stuff, but more of a thin, light crust with delicious toppings.

No one has complained about the excellent soups served at Hill Bottom Pie as they are made fresh every day by the chef. They are wonderful, and use fresh local seasonal ingredients. The pizza however has annoyed a few customer because the outer crust comes...More

We stopped in to score dessert of at least one piece of raved about pie...sold out🙁. But the Tiramisu is da bomb! The soups & salads we observed being devoured will insure a repeat visit in the future.

We read a couple reviews that this place was not friendly, snobby, etc. We thought it was great. Our waitress was very nice...and the owner was serving people. It was pretty busy when we were there and everyone seemed happy. The wood fire pizza was...More

Management was extremely rude to my autistic 4 year old. Horrible. We couldn't even stay for our food. He wasn't even bothering other cutstomers, the customers were all accepting but the manager was horrible.

Tim is a master pastry chef - I don't know his secrets, but I do know he uses good ingredients and does not take shortcuts! Have you tried the strawberry rhubarb pie?
