We were there for lunch once, remember it was a happy place to be. Service was excellent but we haven't returned, probably because it was pricey without compelling menu items.

My friends and I had dinner at Alchemy and it was scrumptious! I had duck and my friend had the manicotti and we shared. I couldn't tell which was my favorite! And the saffron rice from our other dining partner was amazing! Our service was 5 star even though our prices were not. First place I've ever been where my... More

We visited for one meal -- the wine selection is excellent and varied, the server was exceptionally accommodating and knowledgable about the wines, and the food we had was exceptional. The ciders were good. The offering of small plates makes the tasting experience interesting and challenging. Onion soup, country pate, the duck breast and the Ice cream were all perfectly... More

This spot had a great staff and setting. The menu is interesting but the food is average for a restaurant at this price point. The food was also not spiced to our tastes but the quality was fine.

My wife and I love to go here and order a appetizers or small plates and wine. We usually order a favorite and something a bit adventurous. The service has always been very good and the atmosphere is on the romantic side. They also have a good variety of full entrees, so you get to choose your dining experience. OK,... More

The atmosphere was great, the food and the service just excellent. It was a quiet evening, but with sound deadening I think that even at a busy time it would be comfortable. The menu is very different to the usual PT fare The wine list is extensive.. Not too expensive for the service and quality. The wait staff were exceptionally... More

We walked I. And found two seats at the lovely bar and knew we would like it as the bartender, Alexander, immediately noticed us gave us menus and told us it might take a moment to get to us. Then later because our cheese plate (which was delicious) took a while to arrive he gave us a complimentary olive dish... More

This is my favorite restaurant in Port Townsend. The food is exquisite with interesting choices. The plates are lovely. The service is friendly. It's got an easy, pleasant ambiance. The waiters are knowledgeable and helpful. You might even have the owner as your waiter.

Having been on two separate occasions, first to dinner and then just to the bar, I can attest to a nice, open layout with multiple seating areas, to which we were given our choice, albeit begrudgingly so as we meandered to the empty further dining room still being set up for dinner. The meal was decent, nothing that sticks out... More
