Wandering into the first Thai restaurant we happened upon while spending a leisurely day being tourists, we considered wandering back out upon seeing the table settings, but elected to stay for lunch. Prices were a bit higher than we might have planned on, but the food was good, the service pleasant and the warm pot of tea delightful on a... More

We go to this restaurant every time we visit Port Townsend. From their Thai Iced Tea to their Pad Thai or Pineapple Fried Rice or Mango Prawn Curry, every dish seems to be really tasty!

This is the oldest Thai restaurant on the Olympic Peninsula. Very busy on a Saturday night while there was a festival in town. Food was delicious, but service was slow. My partner had the Massaman Curry, which he frequently orders but it was so so rich and flavorful here it was as if we'd never tasted it before.

We spotted this place as we were out walking in Port Townsend. The interior was not at all what I was expecting! The atmosphere and decor was awesome. Nicely set tables with unique and vintage looking silverware and plates. The food was delicious! Well worth it. My husband and I are both vegetarian and we had great dishes. My husband... More

I've been dining here over 15 years. Haven't been back in 6 years. You've gone downhill. The Tom Yuk was okay and the chef's special seafood curry really wasn't. I hope to see the seafood. Didn't happen. Service was fair. Too many people dining for the capacity of staff and kitchen is my guess. We got in easily at 5pm... More

Stopped here since my go to option for Thai food was closed. The place was moderately busy and in port Townsend that usually means poor service. Service was okay. They threw down the menu and came back ten minutes later to kind of rudely ask what I wanted. Food was okay but I had a mixed seafood dish that had... More

Kiu Larb Thai is a Pt. Townsend treasure. We love visiting here when we are in town. Family-owned by experienced Thai restauranteurs, they know how to prepare the traditional dishes we've grown to love. The menu is extensive, with noodle dishes, curry dishes, wok-created dishes, daily specials -- all available with either meat, poultry, seafood, or vegetarian. The dishes are... More

I have been going to Khu Larb Thai for over 20 years and it is always good. Sometimes, when I am just passing through Port Townsend, I stop and get a meal to go, just so I can still enjoy their fabulous food! My standbys are the Thom Kha Gai soup and Vegetable or Kiew Wan rolls, with almost anything... More

We tried this Thai place because some husbands visited there annually. The staff was helpful with our selections. Everything we tried was so tasty. The pineapple fried rice was extraordinary, smokey flavor. The bathroom stalls were challenging to enter. We would return.

Did a to-go order, and the food was not particularly great. Not much chicken in the dish I ordered, and the curry my companion ordered was not memorable. The staff was unfriendly, as well, and we did not feel comfortable as we waited for our order to be cooked.
