Phoebe's has just expanded to a second selection on Division Street near new West Olympia commons park. Everything freshly baked and prepared. New location is primarily take out but original cafe located in office park has ample seating.

We stumbled upon this lovely bakery by chance. It is tucked in a business complex. The pastries are absolutely fabulous. Fresh sandwiches are great too. Service is outstanding.

Early morning stop for coffee and a cinnamon roll, which we had to split because it was huge (and delicious, too). The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely return.

4.99 for an eclair, 1.69 for a peanut butter COOKIE Are you kidding me? Its location is a business center with lawyers and doctors that comes over in the morning for $8 cup of coffee why because they can!

The food is still excellent. However, I've tried 3 times to take advantage of their advertised "tea time" with pastries at half price. Nothing available. When I asked about best time to come to take advantage of "tea time" staff was rude. Basic retail - if you don't have what the customer wants try to sell them something else. Don't... More

Good, fresh food and friendly service. Their desserts and cookies are elegant, European in detail and ingredients, especially their carrot cake and fruit tarts. They also serve cookies, salads and sandwiches - try their giant meatloaf sandwich. They also have dinner (meat) pies to go) (you may have to preorder). She really initiated a tea time, 3-4 weekdays, with selected... More

I had planned to go for a sandwich, but when I saw the dessert and pastry cases, I decided to have a medley of sweets. I tried the German walnut brownie, a raspberry turnover, and an eclair which were all delicious. But I really loved the almond joy brownie (yes, it had almonds, chocolate and coconut just like the candy... More

Excellent pastries. and cookies, and yummy sandwiches and salads. Really good breakfast croissant too. Huge cinnamon rolls and slices of cake. Both look amazing but I haven't tried either yet because they're so big.

Primarily a pastry bakery that serves light breakfasts and lunch as well. The pastries are old world style. I haven't seen any this good since I left Vancouver in 1985! My only "compliant" is that sound loudly bounces off the concrete floor and solid walls. Some tapestries or the like would easily baffle the volume.
