First time. Ordered a sandwich. Bread very dried out. Really dried out. Loud No service. You had to order and pick up your own food. Will not go back Worst La ta I have ever had. So bitter could not drink it.

This is a happening place. Very Olympia...great food in a very relaxed environment. Great bakery and cafe! The croquet monsieur sandwich is my favorite. Ham, mornay, dijon, from age Blanc, and swiss broiled on delicious bread...decadent! It's served with a salad with a wonderful house dressing. Their eggs Benedict is my breakfast favorite. I usually leave with a treat or... More

Just left the crowded restaurant and found it a mixed bag. The sandwiches and bread was delicious but the quiche and accompanying salad were bland and tasteless. Also purchased a chocolate chip cookie that was extremely dry. Also closed at 3 pm, not 5pm as listed. Also difficult upon entry to decide how to be seated or order. Needed to... More

The Bread Peddler was hopping on a Saturday morning. We had breakfast and a pastry. The eggs Benedict was rated well by my wife. The traditional breakfast was just ok for me. It definitely wasn't bad. But I would have liked a couple more choices. The bread with my meal was tasty, but a little dark on the bottom. My... More

What a neat neighborhood spot. Everything there is delicious. Wish it was near my home. A cozy feel, friendly staff and good food.

My daughter and I have an addiction to homemade breads and pastries. The Bread Peddler is our heavenly place to eat. Homemade breads are hardy and delicious. There are too many pastries to pick from demanding we return frequently to try each one. There is an upscale vibe here for both young and older crowd. My favorite menu item to... More

Great service. Pretty good food. Nice location in downtown Olympia. Waiter was very friendly and patient. Food came in a timely manner. In a building with several places to eat, drink, and buy stuff. Nice. We had lunch.

This is a regular stop for my family and I on weekends, or to pick up fabulous bread, or for a very tasty sandwich. The only problem is that seating is always tight, and you often have to experience a bit of a wait to order - but it's worth it! Delicious everything, and the in-house barista does a great... More
