Sooooooo, I'm rooting for this place, it has the "next level" ability, but it's not there yet. And if you want to travel distances to eat at locations that expand your thoughts on food think about this place, but don't go for fine dinning, go...More

We choose Lummi island for our October field trip. Our main destination was to try the fine food at Willows Inn and a beach walk at Sunset beach afterwards. We arrived just before they opened at noon and enjoyed looking around the wisteria lined deck...More

Went there twice and each time are impressed by the good and service there. It is worth to stay there as well after dinner. Chef is trained in Noma which ranked no. 1 in the world for few years.

Second time for us, thanks to friends who are great fans of the chef-owner. A "once in a lifetime" meal that should, probably, be experienced only once in a lifetime. A revisit discloses some of the pretense that makes the food, site, and serving experience...More

The cast at Willow Inn gives you a front row seat to an unforgettable evening. A menu introduces one to the island's bounty of flowers, fruits, grains, vegetables and fish all designed into edible small portions on wood planks, mounds of ice, pottery bowls, and...More

We've been meaning to come up here for years and finally planned far enough in advance for a dinner reservation. The ingredients were local and the preparations imaginative. A lot of smoked dishes, similar to how Etxebarri in Spain uses wood. Lots of delicious bivalves....More
