Great little place for lunch and some yummy pie. Right off the highway too. Nice little wine shop next door and an area to run the doggies off leash. Easy menu and a very good seafood chowder. The Loganberry pie was delish. Intimate dining area but comfy and well lit. Give it a try.

This is a place you absolutely have to go to when visiting Whidbey Island! This is probably our favorite place to lunch on the island. We take all of our visitors there, and no one ever leaves without having a delightful meal that ends with the fabulous pie!!! Their food is homemade, delicious, and always served with a smile. The atmosphere... More

A favorite lunch spot with many friends. Small space with tightly packed tables, but it's worth it. The menu has a few soups, salad, sandwiches and baked egg dishes like quiche, many of which change seasonally. One friend swears by their grilled cheese with tomato soup, another loves their burgers. I recommend the salads, fresh and delicious, plus it leaves... More

While looking for an afternoon treat we stopped in for pie and coffee. Their salted caramel apple pie was the best!!! It was a very crowded afternoon, yet we only had to wait about 10 minutes. Service was fast and courteous. I'd return in a heartbeat!@!

Every time we visit Whidbey Island we stop here for lunch. Our first visit was in the late 90's and we have never been disappointed. This visit my husband had the seafood chowder which he said was excellent. I had half a grilled turkey sandwich which was very tasty. There is a reason to only order half a sandwich, that... More

A star in the pie world, Whidbey Pies & Cafe is also a great choice for lunch. The compact cafe uses its limited space well, featuring a menu that's small but ever changing due to well-designed formula. The sandwiches anchor with several always-available favorites using high end ingredients and superior local, uber artisan breads. What varies are the rotating quiche,... More

Dropped in for lunch; I had a delicious Beet salad with some roasted beets as well. Would certainly order again!! Husband had a delightful looking grilled cheese served with Tomato Bisque both of which he said were good. While there took my dogs for a bit of a walk in their large off leash area. Lots of choice as to... More

Absolutely fantastic! Delicious pie! Delicious soup! Delicious food! We came here after running the dogs at the on-site dog park during the overhyped October 2016 windstorm. We were wet and cold and the wonderful chowder hit the spot right away! I ordered just a cup, but it had every seafood listed in it. I never had scallops in a chowder... More
