I have honestly only even eaten breakfast here but it is amazing. It can be pretty busy at times but it's worth the wait, plus your coffee never really ends. The prices are perfect, the food is repeat worthy, the service is always excellent.

It was not what I envisioned with the name. It's more western and ma and pa than I expected. The food was cheap, very good, and plentiful. We felt comfortable there in casual clothes. No one was able to finish their meal, the portions were so big, but it was very good.

Been here a couple of times based on reviews and never disappointed. Food is hearty (meaning large portions) and comes fast and hot. Serving staff are attentive and friendly. Recommend the Lil Cedars Special ($9.50) but only if you like homemade biscuits and gravy (the biscuit is huge) and have an appetite. If time permits, visit early as it gets... More

Nice family restaurant. Good food and service. Husband loved their chicken fried steak and my breakfast was excellent. Service very good.

Want to fill up and hit the road? Or just fill up and relax for the day? Then eat at Cedars as the breakfast is to die for and fills up any size tank! Family friendly with varied selections of homestyle favorites that are full of flavor! Most amazing buttermilk pancakes that always come fresh and fluffy.

Best by far! Service is great, food is excellent, and everything is made from scratch. It may look like a hole in the wall, but it is a great place to eat and gather!!! Love this place

Cedars is the place for breakfast in Whatcom County, but lunch and dinner are great as well. The large menu will satisfy any appetite. Service is usually very good, and the they keep the place very clean even when busy.

Well as I write this it's taken about an hour just to get our food so can't comment on food quality sadly. Well the food finally arrived well most of it anyway. I can't believe it took so long for country fried steak and hash brown sandwich. Even after the server came and said that something had gone wrong with... More

This place is one of Ferndale's oldest establishments, and even includes high school class pictures from the 40's and early 50's. If you're an "Old Settler," you may find yourself in one of their photos on the wall. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you will always get a good meal of generous portions. Home cooking from pot roast, meat loaf, excellent... More

Great traditional dine with hashbrowns, eggs, bacon and all the traditional trimmings. Service was great, coffee was fresh and good and the servings are massive! Neighbourhood place with a down home feel. You will not find an alternative, healthy 'new age' options here. But for what it is -it is great.
