So it was a usual meal at red lobster but my waiter nepolien was wonderful . He kept checking on me and even brought me warm butter for my crab legs 1/2 way so I could have hot butter.

The customer service was great, hand down. The food was average. We have been to many different red lobster locations across the country and this one was great but not the best. The food was average, nothing spectacular. Food came out warm to cool Not hot. Under seasoned from what you would expect. Not the best, not bad.
I ordered to go and the staff was very nice over the phone. They were also nice upon pickup and the location looked older on the outside but fairly clean in the inside. Wife and I both had the Ultimate Feast and it was very good. I had jokingly told the waitress I expected the lobster tail to look like the menu picture. It did !!! the food renewed my long time faith in a Red Lobster meal being tasty. Keep it up.

You cannot make a reservation, which is inconvenient, but usually you can call when you are on your way. Not for a party of 10 I guess. Which makes no sense. Ever since this RL got a new manager the turn around is amazing. The workers are happy and you can tell. The food is cooked correctly now and return trips are a must.
