My family LOVES Scuttlebutt. We're big fans of their fish and chips, and their beers are suited whatever your taste. I rarely drink beer, but I look forward to Scuttlebutt beer. Good for families, friends, couples, singles, etc. It's a place that is fun for all. Sometimes there is a wait at the door, so I recommend not attending at... More

Went for lunch on a saturday. Had to wait 15 minutes for a table but the food was worth it. Chili cheese fries were great as an appetizer. I'm not a big fan of fish but I had the seafood platter and it was very good my wife had the bratz also very good. The Amber Ale was excellent. Highly... More

I took a group of business partners here for lunch. The food is fresh with options for all diet requirements. I have also been with friends to taste the beers and relax on the outside patio. They have a good happy hour with a casual ambiance. The price point is fair and the portions are great! There is plenty of... More

I've had their food twice and enjoyed it both times. The hostess was very friendly and even on a gloomy day, it's fun to be by the water. The bacon cheeseburger was awesome. The second time I had their food I ordered it through ubereats. I got the fish and chips. It was very good although not my favorite in... More

We like to go here on warm afternoons and enjoy their delicious beer and food. Very reasonably priced, and a great gathering place for friends, couples and families. One of our favorites!

Looking for places to eat that are close to the Village Theater is not easy, since our tickets are for Sunday, we have to go before the show because the streets roll up before we get out. This seemed like a low-key place we could go. It turned out to be worth a try. Had a cobb salad and a... More

Food is greasy. Thanked the heavens I voided the mayo turkey sandwich I ordered. Several in our group, got upset stomachs after eating there. The turkey looked brown when it arrived at the table. I ate soup because I had a head cold, so I avoided the gastrointestinal consequences that plagued my friends after eating at Scuttlebutt. Never again.

It's a friendly place. The beer is exceptional, the food is average and reasonably priced. Well worth a visit. There are walking trails all around the Marina with great views on a clear day.

It's always very noisy. The food is not bad but is nothing special. I would go back but is not my first choice in the area. I might have a higher opinion if I was a beer drinker.
