So we decided we wanted Reno’s for dinner. We looked at the hours of operation online. It said they closed at 11. We arrived at 9:45. Our server Allison came and got and drink order and food order. We overheard another server saying they closed...at 10. Which made us feel awful because we all work in restaurants knowing how it is. Our food arrived, maybe 6 minutes rolled around Allison came to our table asking if we wanted our to go boxes and check. We didn’t even get the first refill. We had to ask. I understand they closed at 10. They need to update the website, but, for the way she acted was nonsense. She could have been nice, but she was rude, didn’t give us time to eat and we had to ask for refills. We won’t be back.More
They bring you delicious rolls with butter. We started with a house salad that had a good variety of items including bacon bits. We had the chicken with peppers, onions, and mushrooms in a cheese sauce with mashed potatoes and a sirloin with baked potato....The service was very fast even though they were fairly busy. Our meal was very good.More
Group of seven ate with each ordering a variety of entrees. Most everyone liked their entrees except the blooming onion orders were not cooked enough as the onions were not fully cooked and the coating still had a liquid texture. My ribeye was overcooked and...tough. The rolls were cold but I gave the place 3 stars since most of the party liked their salad and pork entrees. The waiter was ok but had a difficult time getting things written down. i would eat here again but would avoid the ribeye!More
This is my second visit to a Reno's Roadhouse. The first was in Pikeville, KY. I never try to have an opinion about a place after just one visit. So I wanted to give Reno's another chance. I've always said a good steak doesn't need...A1 sauce. A good steak will be flavorful on it's own if cooked right. I needed A1 sauce for this steak! No flaver and very tough to boot! Perhaps it was made from somebody's boot! Probably will never try Reno's again!More
Pros- Waitress was very Friendly & attentive but did not give us any rolls.
My Husband ordered the grilled pork chops they were flavorful & juicy.
I ordered the Cod it was the best part of my meal.
Cons- Husbands mashed potatoes was luke warm,...broccoli just ok.
My fries was luke warm & the Cole slaw had no taste, very bland took one bite that’s all I could handle.
We were passing through on the way to Pigeon Forge so, this was the first & last time at this restaurant.More
After driving all day we were looking for a good meal. My wife had a steak with a sweet potato and I had a Bubba burger with texas fries. Both were very very good. Desert looked good but too full to indulge.
I got a Texas slammer and a side of loaded fries it was delicious. My wife got the 7oz. sirloin it was chared. They need to clean their grill. Her potatoes were good and mother in law chicken tenders were also good.
