This is more than a meal - it is an exceptional dining experience! Chef John and sous-chef Nicholas prepare an entire meal in front of you complete with explanations, scientific cooking facts, and humorous banter throughout what is easily a 2+ hour meal. The food...More

A Chef’s Kitchen is a great place to go for dinner and entertainment. The chef prepares the food in front of you and discusses the ingredients in an engaging and fun way. The menu would satisfy any gourmet. Highly recommended!

As always, the food was wonderful, Chefs John and NIck amusing and entertaining. What almost ruined it for us was the group of locals sitting on the back row; women insisting on talking to each other loudly over their husbands. Made it hard to hear/learn...More

Most reservations need to be made about 6 months in advance. You can call, and if there is a cancellation, they will seat you. Remember, the restaurant only holds 30 people and there is only one seating per day.
