It is a mom n' pop restaurant. The food was very good and plentiful. The atmosphere is "truck stop" and the service is less than stellar. Kids waiting tables when they're not on cell phones or talking about last night's party.

Let's start with the food is very good, my sandwich was huge! We had met our son there since it was easy to find and had good reviews. Not giving a 5 because the waitress got my husband's order wrong, he had ordered the country...More

This is my go to restaurant for breakfast and comfort food. I LOVE the chicken and dumplings. I always think about getting something else, but alas the dumplings end up in front of me!

After visiting the Cobbler Mountain Cellars we were looking for a suitable place to help aid our livers. Someone recommended Northside 29 and after a resounding yes we stopped in for an early Sunday dinner. The place wasn't too packed, which was in our favor,...More

We lost our lights and my husband got home late, so we jumped in his truck and went to Northside 29. Door was open, that was weird. They lost their power too. They said we can grill anything and we have this and to drink,...More

We were very hesitant to try this place because we had not heard many good experiences from friends and neighbors but we have gone several times now and don't have any complaints. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I feel...More

Took advantage of their BOGO Fish and Chips offer. Wow - best dish in our local area. We've eaten Fish and Chips three weekends in a row - all good (Molly's, Applebee's) but the camp is Northside 29.

This is a good place to eat if you want no frills comfort food. Five of us went there on a Thursday (two were children and it was "kids eat free" night). We wanted to to sit in the back area where the bar is...More

Two of us stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday. This was a favorite 15 years ago. We had an omelet and creamed chipped beef. The omelet had no seasoning. Salt and pepper were no help. Creamed chipped beef arrived with literally 3 pieces. Sent...More

It is a nice local place that is a step up from normal bar food and it was a good value. Perhaps if we go again we will go to the bar area or out back and play cornhole.

That's a loaded question, all. Why not just check it out in person? My wife is VERY picky about food and she is always satisfied eating here. I don't think they have a firm stop on brunch hours.
