Slow down and have a cup. No fast brews or coffee waiting in large containers. Sit back and relax kind of place

Nice space. Overpriced coffee. You can choose your coffee to be prepared however you prefer (e.g., pressed, poured over, etc.). Note: No artificial sweetener on premises.

More than a free wifi stop, this was a good local find that let us boycott the corporate coffee that so often has become our crutch. You get our choice of the day's selection of three coffees (plus one cold brew if that's more your speed) brewed however it tickles your fancy: French press, Aeropress (my favorite), chemex, pour over,... I have to say Cafe Moka is still a great stop. The filter poured coffee is still the best part of this place. The coffee is so smooth. They have a good selection of pastries as well.

If you looking for real espresso and hand poured coffee you need to go here. From a normal latter with gorgeous art to a foamy cappuccino. They also have seasonal drinks like the blackberry iced coffee. It sounds unappealing but it is honestly the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. Good pastries as well.

While visiting the area some friends recommended this place, and I'm glad they did! The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, and the service was great. I especially like how on their menu they have a little "strength guide" as to how strong the espresso to milk ratio is in their drinks. I ordered the Cortado and it was excellent. If... More

The last 4 times I went here I was very disappointed! They are always out of non-fat milk, and they get snotty when I say I am not interested in ordering a drink if it's not non-fat. Then today, I went in and ordered non-fat. I watched him make the drink with whole milk. I then asked him "this is... More

4 stars. Coffee was good, hot cocoa was def made with water. I could tell. All in all not bad, just wish they used milk instead.

Love this place! Out of the way but worth it. The way they slow filter the coffee just refines the taste. Whenever I travel to VA Beach, this is a definite stopping point. Great coffee!

I first went to Café Moka when I moved back to VA Beach last summer and it instantly became my favorite coffeeshop, ever. Period. The atmosphere is great, the staff are friendly, the coffee is fantastic. One thing that makes this place stand apart from other coffeeshops for me is the employees' knowledge and love of all things coffee. A... More
