On a trip south and it was time for lunch. Mill Street has a great menu, good food and service. Great stone ground grits and real country ham just to give you An example. All in all a delightful break from the interstate.

We stopped by on a recent Wednesday evening on a not particularly nice evening and the place was packed. Decor is interesting. They had a long list of specials and a very extensive regular menu. We thought the food and service were both excellent.
